According to Breno Peixoto, director of Nazca, the positive reception is largely due to the project’s prime location.
“Most buyers are looking for beachfront living while enjoying the convenience of the surrounding area, with the city’s largest shopping center and a beautiful park just steps away,” he explains.
Another major highlight is the duplex apartments, known as the ‘garden’ units, located on the ground floor.
“These units offer a house-like experience: they feature a private pool, a gourmet area on the first floor, and a full apartment above. It’s the best of both worlds — the luxury, security, and amenities of a condominium combined with the comfort and privacy of a home,” he adds.
