
Real Estate Launch Injects R$15 Million into Cachoeiro de Itapemirim and Creates 150 Jobs
Nazca Advisors, a company specializing in business structuring, intelligence, development, and management of real estate projects, has expanded into Cachoeiro de Itapemirim. Their newest project, a modern and sophisticated residential development, is set to boost the local economy with an investment of R$15 million, creating 150 direct and indirect jobs during construction and approximately 100 additional jobs after completion.
The Paradise Hills development will cover a total area of 81,925.16 square meters in Bairro Paraíso, one of the city’s most prestigious and sought-after neighborhoods, known for its concentration of high-end homes.
The project will offer 123 plots, ranging in size from 300 to 1,118 square meters, with prices starting at R$179,000. Designed to foster a close connection with nature, the development will feature 7,727 square meters of green space, complemented by a landscaping plan focused on planting native species from the region.
A major highlight of Paradise Hills is its innovative housing concept. The development will offer distinctive security and leisure features while maintaining full integration with the Paraíso neighborhood. This innovative model follows global trends and aligns with the guidelines of Cachoeiro de Itapemirim’s Urban Master Plan.
In terms of security, Paradise Hills will feature an intelligent fencing system equipped with cameras for recognizing license plates at two security checkpoints.
Residents will have the ability to monitor vehicle traffic in realtime through a mobile app, enhancing safety and convenience.
Leisure is another standout feature.
The development will offer 11 different options for recreation and wellness, including a multi-sports court, skate park, grill and pizza area, playground, outdoor fitness area, pet park, flower avenue, 700-meter bike path, orchard, events area, and a recreational field.

With completion scheduled for November 2021, Paradise Hills will be delivered fully urbanized, featuring:
